HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT MY APPOINTMENT TO BE?

Initial assessment appointments are 85 minutes, and psychotherapy sessions are 55 or 85 minutes, depending on the therapy modality.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

I accept insurance through Lyra. Please call your insurance provider prior to your appointment to confirm that mental health is covered under your plan.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR SERVICES?

A therapy hour (55 minutes) is $250; 85 minute sessions (psychotherapy and initial assessment) are $350. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash and all major credit cards.
